Information to the register comes from:

  • from the person himself / herself
  • registers kept by the authority within the limits permitted by law (Ie. www.ytj.fi, a business register for Finnish companies).
  • data from Google Analytics, a visitor tracking and statistics to collect anonymized or pseudo-anonymized data from users that visit site

The information is not handed outside the company. Some of the external service or software providers used by the company may store data outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

10. Use of cookies

We use the so-called cookie function. The right of inspection is free of charge up to once a year. Person has the right to request the correction or deletion of incorrect or outdated data or the transfer of data from one system to another. He/she also has the right to restrict or object to the processing of his data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU Data Protection Regulation. Person has the right to withdraw his or her previous consent to the processing of data or to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority regarding matters related to the processing of his or her personal data. Person also has the right to prohibit the use of his/her data for direct marketing purposes.
